COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily participate in an activity that asks for information (i.e., sending an e-mail or entering the secure parts of our web site to view personal account information, etc.). To view member specific information you need to provide a login ID and password ("Registration Information"). Access to your Registration Information is strictly restricted to LAGERS employees and contractors working on behalf of LAGERS who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

Any information supplied by our users is considered private and will not be made available to others for any purpose. LAGERS is the sole owner of any personal information collected and does not sell, share, rent or otherwise distribute any of this information.

SECURITY

When LAGERS asks a user to enter sensitive information in the secure areas of this website, (such as user ID, password, or the member's Social Security number, etc.), that information is protected once in LAGERS' custody.

This is also done for legal and regulatory purposes. However, we may send you email that requests you to log in to our secure Member or Employer Access account to view specific information about your account.
